§10.7, §10.10, §11.2 to §11.4, OQ-3, OQ-6, E-7 and §14.7; the Kvitt host name is KVITT_PUBLIC_HOST.
D-121: kvitt.publicHost, RELEASE_SERVER_URL and @ReleaseServerUrl (AC-2.6, AC-2.7, §10.6, §13.3 S-1).
