Carried over from Ebb, where a data-collecting spike app lived on the same phone and a wrong id would have cost days.

How to apply: adb shell pm list packages | grep <id> before the first install of a session; installs keep data; "clear data" or uninstall of a real-data build needs the owner's yes; the brief names which agent may touch the phone. See do-installs-yourself.
