How to apply: every debug feature writes a file under the app's external files dir; the orchestrator pulls it (adb pull /sdcard/Android/data/<pkg>/files/..., adb shell run-as <pkg> cat files/..., adb logcat -d -s <tag>) into the scratchpad and summarises with a script (medians, counts; never content).
