Task 5: Date Helpers

Status: FULLY COMPLETE ✅

Functions implemented:

• add_months(date, n) — handles month-end and leap year edge cases
• age_in_months(birth_date, on) — calculates age in months between dates
• fourth_birthday(birth_date) — returns child's 4th birthday date

• Leap year handling (Feb 29, century years)
• Month-end dates (Jan 31 → Feb 28/29)
• Negative months, same-day calculations

Task 6: Swedish Holiday Helper

Task 2: Child CRUD + Settings Endpoints

Fields updateable:

• Thin wrapper over existing PersonalDataRepository.update()
• Partial update support (only update provided fields)
• Error handling: NotFoundError → 404
