**Why:** the owner's phone time is for taps and yes/no observations only.
|
|
|
|
**How to apply:** every debug feature writes a file under the app's external files dir; the orchestrator pulls it (`adb pull /sdcard/Android/data/<pkg>/files/...`, `adb shell run-as <pkg> cat files/...`, `adb logcat -d -s <tag>`) into the scratchpad and summarises with a script (medians, counts; never content).
